The rooms here are well-appointed with large bathrooms and the hotel is conveniently located with parking available.

We truly enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and the rooms were nicely decorated and themed with outdoor balcony. Location: the hotel was just next door to the upstairs "garden " bar and restaurant, and the Swan River or Flathead Lake. Had nice dainties at Pocketstone Cafe, located close to the venue.

Very very helpful staff and fantastic location right by pretty much the center of the town Bigfork as well as Montana's.

The hotel was clean and our room was generously sized; we ate at a fantastic restaurant with a patio overlooking the bay.

Convenient location near Brett Thuma Gallery, and only a short walk away from the lake. 🚶

We had a fantastic stay during our vacation, our room had a work desk, a fireplace, and a sofa bed, and the private bathroom was spacious.

The Swan River Inn has unique building and rooms with charming Victorian decoration. The staff is outstandingly accommodating and super-friendly, always with a smiling face. The inn is conveniently located not far from restaurants and shops in Bigfork and Flathead Lake, Montana.

The hotel's decoration was simply delightful, with interesting art and furnishings that felt so charming and welcoming. the general areas were lovely and the covered patio allowed for relaxation while admiring the breathtaking views of Bigfork Bay, Flathead Lake, and the majestic mountains. For senior folks like me, having easy access to the covered patio was a true treat.

I would appreciate better assistance from the children working there for improving the overall vacation experience for seniors.

Quirky and Unique Decor with Charming Themes

During our stay at Swan River Inn, we were pleasantly surprised by the incredibly unique and charming decor of the rooms. Each room had its own theme, and it was evident that a lot of effort and creativity had been put into the design. From the Geisha room with its oriental antiques to the Orient Express suite with its lavishly decorated interior, every room was a delightful surprise.

We also loved the beautiful views from our room. Although we didn't book a room specifically for the view, we were fortunate enough to enjoy the picturesque scenery surrounding the inn.

This place was fantastic for a weekend getaway, we had a room with beautiful views of the lake and the staff were extremely friendly and polite.

This place is peaceful and the staff are welcoming, our room had all the amenities we needed such as a flat-screen TV, cable channels, heating, and a comfortable seating area.

There's a great garden bar just 700 feet away, and the staff and hotel were excellent, definitely deserving of 4 stars, with Flathead Lake within walking distance.

The Swan River Inn is a beautiful old hotel set in a comfortable area, just off all the restaurants, bars, and cafes in downtown Bigfork. The standard room I stayed in was beautifully decorated and themed, with gorgeous views of the water below. The location is also great, being close to Flathead Lake and Glacier National Park. I had a fantastic experience at the Swan River Inn – from the beautifully decorated room to the great location near downtown Bigfork and nearby attractions like Flathead Lake and Glacier National Park. I really enjoyed the themed decor of the standard room and the stunning views of the water. The setting was very comfortable, and the hotel's proximity to various amenities and attractions added to the overall experience.

The hotel met all of our criteria and I couldn't recommend it more. The location was amazing, close to the town center and the Bigfork Market. We also enjoyed visiting Flathead Lake Brewing Co, which was just a short distance away.

The location is magnificent with bars and restaurants close by, making it a perfect spot. The staff is very helpful and attentive to detail. The atmosphere is quiet, and the rooms are comfortable, generous in size, and brand-new.
